This project entailed the major refurbishment of an existing commercial building in the heart of Milton opposite Suncorp Stadium.
Clarke Constructions successfully worked with the designer and client to transform what was a run-down and disused building into a modern and contemporary office facility of two levels.
In addition to the refurbishment works we undertook structural correction of building elements and fabrication and installation of all structural steel components in-house.
The stand-out Alucobond cladded features were managed internally by Clarke Constructions producing a stunning finish to the satisfaction of the client.
