In response to the rapid expansion and growth in the Ormeau area, Clarke Construction undertook construction of the Ozz Pub Group’s new Norfolk Tavern.

The hotel covered an area of 2000 square metre and incorporated three separate bars, dining facilities, gaming rooms, administration facilities and a sixty vehicle car park.

The finished bar has deservedly enjoyed excellent patronage since successful handover to the client.
