Clarke Constructions was contracted by Pan Bio to construct and fitout their new laboratory facility within the existing 3500sqm building.

The detailed project incorporated PC2 (physically contained) and PC3 rooms for manufacturing of disease control kits and research and development.

Success of this project has shown the effectiveness of Clarke Constructions in managing projects of high technical and scientific demand.
