This commercial building incorporates four individual units, an outdoor café and dining restaurant and businesses premises in the central hub of Bowen Hills. It was designed and built under a joint venture arrangement with the client and has proven to be a highly successful project for both parties. Clarke Constructions was able to deliver the build and fit-out works in a timely and professional manner including the management of organisational challenges encountered in this busy part of Brisbane.
