With a distinctly modern design style the GOA building was constructed of two levels of commercial and office facilities with a separate architectural residence on the third level. Included in the main building frame were a number of structural steel elements which were fabricated and installed in-house. Included in the contract Clarke Constructions undertook all fit-out works to the building.
