With an excellent work history for the Queens Arms Hotel established in previous projects, Clarke Constructions was invited to return for the remodeling of the historic venue. The project involved a complete retrofitting of the upper level to produce a modern and contemporary bar and function facility for patrons. Included in the work were total new venue facilities, bars and fitout works. Managing the difficult task of preserving heritage locations within the venue was handled with professional attention to the high satisfaction of the client.
