SOUTH CITY RETAIL PRECINCT

South City retail precinct was a 4400m2 commercial refurbishment of an existing car sales yard and small shopping centre. The external carpark was demolished and stripped as well as two ends of the shopping centre. Two new larger tenant spaces were added to either end of the shopping centre as well as a new coloured concrete pathway and an architectural face lift to the existing shops. As a result of the increased tenant space and activity, the infrastructure underwent an extensive upgrade which required the main services to run down a busy section of Logan Road. The external carpark was reconfigured and completely refurbished including a new drive through area for an fast food retailer.
