This Dharma Realm Buddhist Temple is a spectacular achievement in design, engineering and construction. Home to the Shurangama Monastry, the temple is a place of worship and has been constructed with great attention to traditional techniques. The whole project was done in four stages which not only included the centrepiece of the temple, but also extensive supporting infrastructure such as walkways, rock gardens, dormitories and a dining hall.
