COMMONWEALTH GAMES RAMPS

Clarke Constructions is proud to have been part of the success of the Gold Coast 2018 Commonwealth Games. Throughout the Goldcoast and various locations in Brisbane, temporary venues and tents were erected to house the games and their associated requirements. Each of these required a wide variety of timber entry stairs and landings which were designed and constructed by Clarke Constructions. Each of the landings had a requirement to be disability compliant but also provide a slip rating and edge protection for prams and wheelchairs. The team were exhausted but met the tough deadline in time for the games completing a total of 149 ramps.
