Clarke Constructions was approached by Hasting Street Developments to develop one of the few Teneriffe woolstores left standing. The top floor of this heritage listed building was turned into nine luxury apartments with the complicated construction taking place above existing residences on the lower floors. The new apartments comprise two and three levels, rising internally from the existing slab up into the new curved atrium roof. This project was extremely complex and was finished to the highest standard. The end result was nothing short of spectacular, setting a new standard in luxury apartments in Queensland.
