Continuing our long term relationship with this property development Client, Clarke was contracted to construct this two stage industrial facility. Stage 1 comprised the construction of a 3000m2 tilt panel warehouse facility including large two storey office facilities, associated fitout works, new site services, car parking and civil works. The second stage involved the creation of an additional 3100m2 of concrete handstand and laydown areas, civil works and wash out bays. This second stage was developed on behalf of the new tenant ‘Cameron’ who is a leader in the petrochemical parts industry.
