This warehouse and office at Thynne Road, Morningside looks brand new. It's not. The combined skills of McVeigh Consultants and Clarke Constructions worked some magic on an existing, uninhabited 5500sqm warehouse. There was no office space, no services, and many structural issues. The client has ended up with a good-as-new warehouse with new external cladding, concert dado walls (built in-house), a new paint job, a two-story office - everything they needed.
