​As part of Stage 2 of this master project Clarke Constructions build two new commercial buildings at the historic Rocklea Hotel site. Buildings were constructed using off-site pre-cast panel systems due to difficult site conditions in combination with detailed peered footing systems and structural steel roof and flooring framing systems. A total of seven new tenancies were created for our Client including detailed services and fitout works.
